The Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant to join their P&C actuarial team. This leadership role involves managing a portfolio of complex projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm's strategic growth through business development and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver actuarial consulting projects, including reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, and capital modeling. Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment. Oversee project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Mentor and support the development of junior consultants. Drive business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations. Contribute to intellectual capital and innovation within the P&C actuarial space. Monitor industry trends and help evolve the firm's service offerings. Candidate Profile ACAS or FCAS designation (or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience in P&C actuarial consulting. Proven leadership and client relationship management experience. Demonstrated success in business development and expanding client portfolios. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
