The role involves managing a software system integration project from inception to installation, including scope, design, deliverables, issue resolution, and client relationships. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, R&D, and product development, ensuring client satisfaction and success metrics. Responsibilities include developing best practices, managing technical aspects of enterprise software implementations, and contributing to the development of Manhattan's software implementation methodology. The role requires proactive issue management and escalation when necessary. Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in a software-related technical field or similar role. 4 years of experience in client or customer-facing roles within supply chain or software organizations, including client management. 2 years of experience implementing cloud architecture using Azure.
