Salary : The base salary for this role is $130,000-$160,000 per year. A performance-based commission plan is offered on top, with total annual compensation for high performers reaching $225,000+.
The Principal Enterprise Solutions Consultant will partner with the sales team to support all of the technical aspects of selling the Threekit suite of software, helping clients to determine product fit and feasibility. They will deliver compelling software demonstrations, participate in client-facing meetings and calls, respond to RFPs, work with clients to develop proof of concept demonstrations, and will design, enhance, and maintain standard demonstration environments.
They are expected to have both strong presentation skills and technical knowledge. As this role is client-facing, it involves occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events, and team gatherings.

What You'll Do Present to executive stakeholders, controlling the room, thinking quickly, and navigating large and complex audiences.
Influence C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies to close deals.
Demonstrate Threekit platform capabilities to prospective clients on enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with sales team and customers to understand prospect requirements, technical challenges, and objectives.
Own the solution engineering strategy for customer meetings, both virtual and in-person, to secure the technical win.
Establish an independent relationship and partnership with their AEs.
Build presentations and navigate demo environments to explain complex topics and solutions simply.
Configure complex custom demonstrations and proofs of concept with internal and partner resources.
Enhance standard software demonstrations for use by the Threekit team.
Apply consultative and value-selling skills to discover customer needs and formulate solutions from the Threekit product portfolio.
Support client workshops and meetings, and internally support sales and marketing efforts.
Respond to RFI and RFP.
Collaborate with product and delivery teams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
What Catches Our Eye 4-6 years of experience as a client-facing Solutions or Sales Engineer at a SaaS company.
Excellent presentation skills, especially presenting to C-level executives.
Technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
Creative, open approach to problem-solving and partnering with internal teams to drive the best outcomes for customers.
Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and customers, understanding their business challenges; discovery is ongoing and important.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with technology categories supporting our products, including eCommerce, CRM, CMS, OMS, ERP, PIM, DAM, and integration technologies.
Ability to work independently and support and mentor junior team members.
Experience working closely with Senior Account Executives to uncover customer goals and challenges.
Preferred Skills Experience with building web-based front ends, ideally with React, Node.js, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Strong desire to incorporate cutting-edge technology into enterprise workflows.
Experience using 2D and 3D design tools (Autodesk, SolidWorks, Maya, 3DS Max, Blender).
Required Education
Studies in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level. This reflects base salary only.
In addition, this role includes a performance-based commission plan. Top performers can expect total annual compensation to reach $225,000+.
