Principal Professional Services Consultant Join to apply for the Principal Professional Services Consultant role at Sage. Overview In this Global Technical Enablement role, the employee will have a passion for software technology, willingness to expand current technical and functional knowledge, and maintain expert-status in a fast-moving environment. The employee must be self-motivated with a pro-active/ can-do approach, possessing an excellent understanding of complex technical activities and deep knowledge of the Sage Intacct application. This role is part of the North American Technical Enablement team and works across global geographies to share knowledge, ideas, solutions and guidance as needed. The NA-based role provides technical expertise, product enablement, escalation support, pre-sales advice and support, and supports project delivery processes/methodology, collaborating with Sage Intacct community. It will involve working with sales, customer support and account executives to support partners in sales, support and implementation, and identifying billable opportunities. Focus on customer satisfaction and high NPS scores from partners. This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite in Atlanta office.
