Principal SAP ISU FICA Consultant Principal Consultant - US Technology|SAP ISU Billing|SAP IS- Utilities Company ITL USA Requisition ID 136202BR Infosys is seeking Principal SAP ISU FICA Consultant This position will be a key player in engaging with business/functional teams to provide best-fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology. Location for this position is Miami, FL. Travel and/or relocation may be required. All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications: At least 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs, particularly in ISU FICA modules. Experience across Electricity (preferred), Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America. Experience in at least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation, including requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW functional design, systems and integration testing, and resolving production issues. Experience in setup of org structure, GL setup & integration, cash journal, clearing control, account assignment, and setup of direct debit payments. Strong understanding of dunning process, collection, and installment plans. Experience analyzing billing and invoicing issues, invoice layout, and bill print. Excellent client-facing skills, communication, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel-based data analysis of SAP ISU data. Ability to coordinate work between onsite and offshore teams. Flexible work timings due to remote working environment, including offshore overlaps twice a day. The job requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
