Who you are We're seeking an entrepreneurial scientific leader who combines intellectual rigor with practical execution skills to advance our antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) pipeline at GondolaBio. You will serve as a scientific lead for multiple preclinical ASO programs in collaboration with the n-Lorem foundation. You will design, execute, and interpret experiments, shape research strategy, and mentor junior scientists within a growing, interdisciplinary team. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. A bonus plan and equity will also be offered.
