Overview Private Equity Assistant Fund Controller – QUAD is currently seeking an Assistant Fund Controller to support our Boston, MA client’s growing venture capital and private equity business. Hybrid work environment. The role will be responsible for supporting three senior fund controllers and the operations for both new and existing funds, as well as management of third-party administrators and strategic partners. Responsibilities Overseeing current operating model development, including identifying and implementing improvements Liaising with third party relationships, including banks, auditor, and administrator Performing service delivery assessments against KPIs Supporting investment team with financial functions Coordinating valuation process, reviewing in house valuations, and preparing committee work papers Monitoring cash balances, cash reserves development, and accurate transactions settlement Collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, on new funds and product launches Ensuring accurate delivery of financial statements, fund NAVs, and investor reporting Qualifications 5 years of private equity or VC experience in Big4 with Private Equity/JV or fund administration Thorough knowledge of partnership accounting standards and practices Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively independently Employment type Employment Type: Full-time Compensation and location Boston, MA – Compensation range not specified in the posting.
