Highlights: · Ranked as one of the most powerful law firm brands in the world · Named as a top firm in Chicago by Vault Law · Recognized at the Legal Innovation & Technology Awards for use of AI technology · Programs geared toward associate growth and development · Respectful and supportive environment Responsibilities: · Draft and review discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda · Assist with fact development and depositions · Develop case strategy Required Qualifications: · 8+ years of product liability and/or complex commercial litigation experience, particularly involving pharmaceutical/medical devices · Strong experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Daubert issues · Large law firm experience (Am Law 100 background preferred) · Excellent academic credentials and writing skills Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $400,000 – $500,000.
