Psychiatrist (part-time) – remote, hybrid or onsite

Psychiatrists are encouraged to consider a part-time position with Liberty Healthcare.
You have the option to work either two or three days each week and may work remotely, hybrid or in-person.
Two options are available:
Conducing evaluations and testifying in court (this work may be done remotely)
Evaluating and treating people who are experiencing acute mental illness (this work ideally would be done onsite at the Columbia Area Community Mental Health Center in Columbia with the option to do some work remotely)
These part-time positions are available through a collaborative partnership between the South Carolina Department of Mental Health and Liberty Healthcare – a physician owned organization with three decades of experience serving people with mental health needs.
You can expect a competitive hourly rate of compensation for each hour worked (no billing is required). Liability insurance is provided.
You are a good fit if you are licensed to practice medicine in South Carolina and have successfully completed a residency in Psychiatry (Board Certification is preferred).
