Our offices are in San Francisco, New York, and Chicago. We are hiring in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Washington D.C.
The Vice President, B2B Technology role is a leadership position requiring 10+ years of experience in team growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include strategic vision, media relations, operational leadership, and mentorship. This role offers a chance to be a catalyst in a thriving workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic communications plans to enhance brand identity.
Create marketing and PR strategies to build relationships with media and influencers.
Identify organizational challenges and emerging issues.
Collaborate with leadership to recognize communication opportunities and execute strategies.
Serve as a media spokesperson and lead interactions to promote the organization.
Oversee daily communication activities, including budgeting, planning, and staff development.
Recruit and manage a communications team.
Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop staff, set performance goals, and conduct appraisals.
Participate in networking events and professional development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in a senior management role, in-house or agency.
Proven ability to build relationships with media and secure high-impact placements.
Extensive writing and editing experience across media formats.
Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns.
Leadership in strategic communications, media relations, and marketing programs.
Innovative thinking with knowledge of new media technologies.
Proven ability to build, mentor, and coach teams.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Ability to measure ROI of communications activities.
