This role combines data engineering, quantitative finance, and software development — building the pipelines and models that power data-driven investment research and publications. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that move and transform vendor data into reliable databases for quant research. Develop, test, and optimize quantitative and machine learning models used in user-facing investment strategies. Work extensively with Python (must-have) for data processing, modeling, and automation. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure models and data outputs translate effectively into publications and decision-making tools. Contribute to system performance improvements — optimizing data speed, model execution, and overall reliability. (Nice to have) Work with cloud data infrastructure such as AWS or GCP. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years’ experience in quantitative finance, data analytics, or modeling . Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL/data engineering . Experience building, testing, and maintaining mathematical or ML models . Familiarity with financial concepts, instruments, and quantitative finance (background in finance or related degree strongly preferred). Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Driven, ownership-minded, and collaborative. Why Join This is a high-impact role where quant-driven systems are at the center of new product innovation. You’ll be working alongside experienced quant engineers and financial experts in a culture that values initiative, collaboration, and clear communication — with the opportunity to grow both within the team and across the broader organization.
