Overview Senior Manager, AI and Data Analytics for Global Real Estate (GRE). This is a hybrid role focused on applying AI, data analytics, and PropTech innovations to Verizon's global real estate portfolio. The role includes leading the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions, guiding a team of data scientists and engineers, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical projects that improve real estate decisions, space utilization, energy efficiency, and facilities management. Responsibilities Lead the AI/ML and Data Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for leveraging AI, machine learning, and data analytics to optimize Verizon's global real estate portfolio. Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Partner with stakeholders across Global Real Estate (e.g., Property Operations, Transactions, Energy, Strategy, and Finance) to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable data and AI projects. Build and Deploy Analytical Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of data models, dashboards, and AI/ML applications to improve decision-making related to real estate transactions, space utilization, energy consumption, and facilities management. Manage Data Governance and Quality: Oversee the collection, cleansing, and management of diverse real estate data sets to ensure data integrity and reliability for all analytical initiatives. Drive Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI, data science, and the PropTech sector to continuously innovate and maintain a competitive edge. Lead and Mentor a Team: Recruit, lead, and develop a team of data scientists, data analysts, and engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning. You’ll Need To Have Current enrollment in an MBA or Master’s degree program with a focus in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a completion date between December 2025 and June 2026. This position is limited to students enrolled at MIT Sloan School of Management in the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) Program. 4+ years of progressive responsibility within Business, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, Project Management, Program Management, or related fields. Willingness to travel and work in an assigned Verizon Hub. Even better if you have Demonstrated problem solving ability and advanced analytical skills. Proven ability to engage and influence functional leaders and stakeholders. Experience in strategic projects and change management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation and Benefits The starting salary for this position is $165,000 annually on a full-time schedule. The annual salary range for the listed locations is $98,500.00 - $188,000.00. Location and Hybrid Work This is a hybrid role with a defined work location including remote work and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as determined by the manager.
