With offices across North America, we blend the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).ResponsibilitiesA day in the life.As our Director, XLP Financial Institution Practice on the Business Insurance team, you’ll:Provide strategic direction for MMA UMW’s Financial Institution placements and lead delivery of Financial Institution XLP resources to the region.Participate on any national Financial Institution Center of Excellence (COE).Play a critical role in agency retention efforts and provide technical expertise to employees in the Executive Liability Practice, as well as throughout the MMA UMW region.Partner with operations and sales leaders to continually enhance the client experience for MMA's Financial Institution clients and prospects.QualificationsWe'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:10+ years' insurance experience including strong knowledge of Management Liability lines from a sales and underwriting perspectiveBachelor's degree in related fieldStrong business acumen and ability to lead othersDetail-oriented with excellent organizational, project planning and management skillsGood interpersonal skills and high sense of urgencyExcellent listening, written and verbal communicationWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
