We are currently searching for a remote-based Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a specific portfolio of our branded properties located in the Eastern half of the USA . The RVPSM is a key member of the Sales & Marketing Team, acting as the field sales and marketing leader for the assigned hotels. The role involves driving revenue development initiatives, implementing programs aligned with PGH strategy, and focusing on staffing, revenue strategy, and execution to generate profitable revenue and increase market share. Scope / Business Context / Candidate Profile Create, identify, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies for all segments within the company and hotels. Ensure sound business fundamentals, such as sales quotas, account management, and business development practices, are in place. Identify emerging opportunities and risks affecting revenue and profit. Align regional sales and marketing efforts with hotel and PGH strategies. Provide strategic leadership to develop and execute profitable revenue strategies. Serve as a change agent, driving the implementation and sustainment of revenue and profit initiatives. Oversee marketing strategy and execution at the property level. Develop needs assessments by segment for regions, markets, and high-priority hotels. Coordinate and implement company and regional marketing strategies in line with annual plans. Talent Management Partner with PGH Talent Team for attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Set goals, expectations, and performance standards for direct and indirect reports. Champion leadership development, workforce planning, and talent upgrades. Identify, train, and mentor sales & marketing leaders. Transfer knowledge to develop skills across teams. Experience leading multiple property teams in hotel sales/marketing, preferably in the northeast or Florida, with major brands like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG. Strong leadership, communication, analytics, budgeting, and financial skills. Ability to drive performance and staff development. Reside in the Eastern USA; 50% travel expected.
