What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements - Manage project staffing by understanding project needs and employee skillsets - Build strong relationships with employees to align future staffing opportunities - Prepare and distribute utilization and forecasting analyses regularly - Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives across the enterprise
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 3+ years of related experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition, or staffing - High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in professional services - Familiarity with PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePoint - Experience with Workday - Strong technical skills and ability to master new systems quickly - Ability to work independently while being an effective collaborator
