Responsibilities Lead a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop and operationalize their AI strategy at scale, with a focus on risk consulting. Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the client’s goals, mission and vision. Lead teams of AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern Machine Learning and AI solutions for clients. Provide directional guidance on ModelOps tools and solutions that fit client needs and integrate with their ecosystem. Develop and implement ModelOps target architectures enabling scaled AI deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain AI solutions in the client’s platform or integrate AI into the client’s ecosystem. Stay informed on AI technology trends, industry regulations, and AI ethics requirements across the globe. Understand client data, AI, and technology landscapes and business priorities to define success measures. Lead and participate in large-scale client engagements; foster client relationships and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build consensus across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or MS degree in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning. Experience interacting with and designing solutions for internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and business processes. Minimum of 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles. Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams and/or consulting teams. Experience deploying Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LLMs, Langchain, RAG). Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, ONNX; proficient in Python; strong data manipulation with SQL, Pandas, Spark. Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and Agile tools (Jira); knowledge of ML workflows and MLOps platforms (e.g., MLFlow). Experience designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying on major cloud platforms. Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; demonstrated leadership and project management. Willingness to travel to meet client obligations. Team player with strong collaboration skills in hybrid (on-site/remote) environments. Ideally, you’ll also have Experience leading business or IT transformation projects that support data science, AI, and cloud applications at scale. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to AI ethics, privacy, and data protection. Experience with Agile/Scrum methods; design thinking. Certifications in Data & AI domains (e.g., Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake). Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or other quantitative field. Proficiency in languages beyond Python (e.g., R, Java, JavaScript); experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
