We're seeking a talented GTM AI Lead to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth by leveraging AI and automation. Candidates will have a foundation in Revenue Operations and are looking to evolve into the next-gen GTM AI Engineer of the future. This is the opportunity of a lifetime to build the function ground up, report directly to the Head of Revenue, and have full autonomy to experiment and create. You'll act as a bridge between revenue operations, sales, and product teams, building systems that accelerate deals and improve forecasting accuracy. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where you'll tackle revenue bottlenecks and scale workflows for enterprise clients. What you will do at Skan: Maintain the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales territories, and oversee account maintenance to ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and operational efficiency; handle deduplication, schema audits, and enrichment to support a clean foundation for all GTM activities. Build and maintain weekly reporting dashboards across several leading and lagging KPIs Run key processes including forecasting, sales operations optimization, and churn analysis; conduct diagnostic data reviews, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and lead initiatives to fix them, such as improving deal velocity, post-sale handoffs, and retention strategies to drive overall revenue growth. Infuse GTM tooling with AI across marketing and sales, designing and implementing AI-native automations for outreach, personalization, next-best-action recommendations, and campaign orchestration; foster a culture of experimentation by prototyping, testing hypotheses, and scaling innovative solutions to enhance demand generation and sales workflows. Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions; connect and evolve the GTM tech stack (e.g., CRM, automation tools, AI platforms) for enterprise-scale operations, balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability. Oversee pricing strategies, deal structuring, and approval workflows, ensuring compliance and using data-driven insights to optimize revenue capture Partner with sales team to ensure regular cadence of customer visits, executive briefings, and participation in key AI conferences; translate insights from these interactions into actionable GTM improvements and product feedback. What you will bring to Skan Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant roles, with a foundation in consulting and/or banking, followed by at least 2-3 years in a SaaS environment focused on GTM or revenue operations. Proficiency in GTM tools (e.g., CRM systems, outreach platforms, etc.) with a strong grasp of AI applications in sales workflows. Excited about AI's potential to transform sales; comfortable in a hybrid technical-commercial role; eager to tinker, prototype, and iterate based on data and feedback. Curiosity and experimental mindset, along with strong analytical and writing capabilities Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and presenting to executives.
