What You Will Be Doing Develop and oversee a dynamic sales pipeline aimed at private schools, ensuring transparency from initial outreach to deal closure.
Deliver engaging presentations that highlight our groundbreaking educational approach and cater to stakeholders' needs.
Independently manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to finalizing deals that align with ambitious revenue goals.
Foster and maintain relationships with influential decision-makers within the private school community.
Utilize our CRM system to keep precise records and forecasts.
What You Won’t Be Doing Leading a team - this role is all about hands-on sales execution as an individual contributor.
Adhering to inflexible procedures - you'll be crafting the strategy for market penetration.
Depending on extensive support teams for lead generation or deal closure.
Selling a generic product in a saturated market.
Sales Director Key Responsibilities Accelerate revenue growth by securing agreements for our 2 Hour Learning solution within private schools, building a formidable market presence, and achieving sustainable growth year after year.
Basic Requirements A minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with a demonstrated history of reaching or surpassing revenue goals.
Experience in managing the complete sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
Previous experience in education markets (US K-12 schools) or related sectors such as EdTech, SaaS, or services is highly preferred.
Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Must reside in the United States.
Comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. private school industry.
Willingness to travel 50-75% to engage with private school clients and participate in events.
