We need a Sales Director who can articulate our revolutionary approach with the precision and confidence it deserves. Someone who can stand before high-net-worth families and convince them that excellence isn't just possible—it's expected. You'll be the public face of our microschools across 25+ U.S. cities, commanding attention on podcasts, in press, and at exclusive events. Your voice will challenge the educational status quo and inspire families to demand more.
What You Will Be Doing
Orchestrating high-conversion events that compel discerning families to invest in their children's potential through 2HL
Delivering our message with authority across elite platforms—podcasts, media appearances, conference keynotes, and private gatherings
Intervening strategically throughout the enrollment journey to ensure messaging maintains its potency and precision
Transforming academic achievement data into compelling narratives that resonate with high-net-worth audiences
Elevating all external communications to meet uncompromising standards of excellence
Enforcing a clear, rigorous, and unapologetic standard across all teams and touchpoints
What You Won’t Be Doing
Promoting another incremental education solution with superficial technology integration
Diluting our message to accommodate complacency or mediocrity
Tolerating substandard marketing materials or event execution—you establish excellence as the baseline
Managing tactical digital marketing campaigns or administrative enrollment processes
Handling day-to-day school operations or curriculum development
Sales Director Key Responsibilities
Drive enrollment and revenue growth by embodying and elevating 2 Hour Learning's distinctive voice, establishing an uncompromising standard for every interaction, communication, and presentation that represents our revolutionary approach to education.
Basic Requirements
U.S.-based professional with comprehensive understanding of the education landscape and a definitive perspective on necessary reforms
5+ years of demonstrated success in high-stakes persuasive roles: founder, media personality, keynote speaker, or strategic sales leadership
Proven ability to influence and persuade high-net-worth individuals and executive decision-makers
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining exceptional standards in tone, quality, and messaging across all stakeholders
Strategic versatility to engage effectively across all stages of the enrollment journey
Personal dedication to elevating educational expectations and outcomes
Availability to travel up to 50% with flexibility for hybrid or in-person work arrangements
U.S. work authorization required (sponsorship not available)
Nice-to-have Requirements
Background in premium education sectors, strategic media, or high-profile advocacy
Knowledge of accelerated learning methodologies, mastery-based education, or gifted/talented programs

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
