This is a high-impact, leadership role driving both strategic vision and day-to-day stability across Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud operations, with direct executive visibility. The Opportunity: This position steps into a leadership gap created by an internal transition and is responsible for a 25+ person team (including contractors). You'll oversee critical performance issues in Financial Services Cloud while continuing to expand and support Service Cloud functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce strategy and execution across Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud Manage platform performance, production support, and incident response (ticket backlogs, user errors, monitoring/alerting) Drive architectural improvements and product enhancements in collaboration with the engineering team Interface with key programs and initiatives to ensure platform scalability and resilience Deliver clear, executive-ready status reports and roadmap updates to CIO, VP-level stakeholders, and senior leadership Champion platform innovation – identifying emerging Salesforce features, AI tools, and opportunities to enhance customer experience Support onboarding of new clients Oversee a team of ~16 associates and Director-level experience in an enterprise Salesforce environment Expertise in Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud (B2B & B2C) Strong background in APEX and Salesforce architecture Experience managing production operations and supporting day-to-day platform performance Clear understanding of service-oriented architecture and interdependencies between internal teams (e.g., AWS infrastructure) High-level communication skills — able to convey platform health, risk, and opportunity to C-suite leaders Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and leading through influence Are you a Salesforce leader who blends technical depth with strategic clarity and a passion for innovation?
