This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, well-known organization with a lean, collaborative tax team and strong leadership. What you’ll do: ️ Own SALT compliance and planning across multiple entities ️ Serve as the go-to person for all state income/franchise tax matters ️ Lead and mentor 2 direct reports ️ Interface regularly with federal tax and accounting teams ️ Provide guidance on audits, notices, nexus reviews, and tax strategy You might be a fit if you: – Bring 10+ years of SALT experience , ideally with recent in-house or corporate tax background – Are confident handling complex multi-state issues – Enjoy both hands-on technical work and coaching others – Live in the Baltimore/DC area (preferred), or are open to remote with occasional travel – Are looking for long-term stability and growth in a mission-driven environment Apply or reach out confidentially to learn more.
