Overview SAP, Senior Solution Advisor - SAP Finance Solutions, BRIM & CPQ Domain Expert. This senior-level role is critical in driving bookings, generating demand, and ensuring consumption and adoption of SAP Finance solutions, SAP’s BRIM and CPQ solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders, align SAP’s Finance, BRIM and CPQ offerings with complex customer business and technology needs, and deliver measurable outcomes, including net bookings, demand growth, renewals, and long-term customer relationships. What you’ll do: Demand Generation: Lead high-impact 1:1 and 1:M demand generation initiatives, including targeted executive briefings, workshops, and events to build a robust pipeline for SAP Finance, BRIM and CPQ solutions. Executive Engagement: Spearhead first-time meetings with C-level stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, CIOs, CROs, VPs of Sales or Billing) to establish trust, articulate SAP’s value proposition, and align Finance, BRIM and CPQ solutions with customer priorities. Deal Qualification and Progression: Qualify high-potential deals and guide them through the sales cycle, leveraging 1:1 and 1:M strategies to secure closures and maximize revenue. Customer Adoption and Relationship Building: Foster post-sale relationships to ensure successful adoption of SAP Finance, BRIM and CPQ solutions, driving long-term satisfaction and expansion opportunities. Workshops and Events: Design and deliver Value Exploration Workshops and Finance, BRIM/CPQ-focused sessions; provide thought leadership at industry events and internal account planning sessions. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with account teams to align SAP Finance, BRIM and CPQ solutions with customer business strategies, addressing complex subscription and billing challenges and demonstrating SAP’s value. Thought Leadership: Challenge customers with innovative perspectives, teach best practices, and pitch SAP Finance, BRIM and CPQ process optimizations to drive transformation. Team Mentor: Serve as a go-to expert, coaching and mentoring sales teams and junior Solution Advisors; contribute to Voice of the Field initiatives to shape SAP’s product and go-to-market strategies. Broad Impact: Drive measurable outcomes across revenue, renewals, and customer adoption, ensuring a lasting impact on SAP’s Finance, BRIM and CPQ portfolio. Partner Engagement: Help create a collaborative environment where partners feel valued and empowered to contribute their expertise to joint success. What you bring: Experience: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, solution advisory, or consulting related to SAP finance, billing, revenue management, or CPQ; proven track record of engaging C-level executives and driving multi-million-dollar deals. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Finance solutions, subscription and usage-based billing processes, revenue management, and CPQ workflows, with expertise in industries such as telecommunications, high-tech, and media. Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex SAP Finance BRIM and CPQ solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proven leadership in coaching and mentoring; ability to deliver compelling workshops and pitches. Attributes: Established personal brand as a trusted advisor; proactive, innovative mindset; collaborative team player with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with SAP Finance, BRIM and CPQ solutions or comparable enterprise billing and pricing platforms; ability to master SAP’s business architecture. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Travel: Willingness to travel 25%–50% for customer engagements, events, and internal meetings. Compensation Range Transparency : The annualized compensation range for this role is 137,300 - 294,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target. The actual offer will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, scope, and location.
