As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will engage with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze models, processes, and operations, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver architecture solutions. Your key responsibilities Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients across sectors, including CXOs, to foster collaboration and trust. Develop market insights by understanding client contexts and aligning them with SAP solutions, roadmaps and strategies. Build a robust pipeline with sector alliance leads and SAP capabilities for prioritized sectors. Utilize an integrated sales framework to drive large-scale SAP pursuits and leverage innovative solutions to meet client transformation needs. Lead and motivate diverse sales pursuit teams, providing feedback and coaching; foster an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented environment while mentoring junior consultants. Lead large-scale SAP engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives. Demonstrate SAP solution capabilities and strong business acumen; stay informed about industry trends relevant to clients. Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed. Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology requirements definition. Proven ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred. At least 15 years of related work experience. At least 10 years of experience driving large SAP Sales initiatives for clients in Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products. A proven ability to build and develop SAP market presence and pipeline by aligning client needs with SAP solutions, roadmaps and strategies. A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain management programs. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Demonstrated experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members. Knowledge of best practices in SAP Supply Chain, benchmarking, and advisory experience related to manufacturing-specific technology functions. Proficiency in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have Prior experience in the consulting industry. Experience leading primary sales initiatives for SAP Supply Chain and other SAP solutions. Proven track record as a workstream or team lead for Supply Chain projects utilizing SAP. Experience with at least three full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), specifically within SAP Supply Chain modules (Production Planning, Materials Management, Logistics Execution). Experience integrating SAP with IBP, MES and SAP Quality Management (QM). Knowledge of manufacturing operations, particularly in complex industrial equipment or assembly line environments. Understanding of product lifecycle management, including Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs. Experience with Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order business models.
