They are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee a diverse U.S. portfolio with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use assets in major gateway markets. The Role This is a high-impact opportunity for a well-rounded real estate professional with expertise in multifamily lease-up and asset management. The Senior Asset Manager will work closely with third-party property managers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive leasing success, optimize operations, and enhance asset value.
Responsibilities
Oversee third-party management teams to ensure exceptional operations, leasing, reporting, and capital improvements.
Lead lease-up strategies for large multifamily developments.
Drive NOI growth and asset value through operational oversight and capital planning.
Monitor property-level financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
Develop and refine reporting to provide strategic insights and efficiency.
Stay on top of market trends and competitive positioning to inform leasing and asset strategies.
Partner with marketing teams to drive demand and maximize performance.
Act as liaison between property teams and ownership; provide executive-level reporting.
Support acquisitions with market research, underwriting, and due diligence.
Qualifications
8+ years of real estate asset management experience with direct responsibility for multifamily assets.
Strong track record leading lease-ups of large multifamily developments in tier one markets (NYC, Boston, Chicago, LA preferred).
Experience managing third-party property managers and stabilized operations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities across markets.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and resourceful.
