What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Identify and engage local/regional Centers of Influence (CIs)
  • Develop strategic Points of Access (POAs) with regional and national organizations
  • Conduct training focused on financial protection and holistic advice processes
  • Organize and host webinars to drive productivity
  • Assist in identifying potential mentors for the Agent Mentor Program (AMP) and engage Field Managers

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Required licenses: Life, Health, Series 6, and 63
  • Thorough knowledge of Life Insurance sales, recruiting, and sales management systems
  • Understanding of marketing, prospecting, and recruiting techniques for market growth

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in the career agency model
  • Familiarity with sales cycles, core processes, and tools within the Agency environment
  • Strong community relationship-building skills
