Job Description: The Client Information Team Senior Associate is an integral part of the Client Service Team. The Client Information Team is responsible for the production of all monthly and quarterly client reporting, population of consultant databases and questionnaires, and production of marketing materials. This position requires an individual with high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management, and offers regular interaction with Senior Management, Investment Analysts, and Client Portfolio Managers. Additionally, this role provides exposure to all aspects of buy side fixed income management. The Client Information Team Senior Associate reports to the Investor Services Team Manager. Responsibilities : · Primary responsibility of the Client Information Team is the production of: · Recurring and ad hoc client, consultant and prospect- driven data requests · Client, consultant, and new business presentations and ad-hoc requests · Marketing collateral including strategy pitch decks, fact sheets, and firm-level information · Populate and conduct data integrity checks of investment-related database platforms, ensuring accurate information and timely updates · Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly client-driven deadlines for all reporting · Leverage Excel-based internal reports and PowerBI Dashboards for data · Make suggestions and initiate process improvement for materials production; streamline process, manage risks, increase efficiency, and improve quality and response turnaround times · Respond to ad hoc requests as needed to support growing business needs · Interface directly with clients to ensure all data needs are met · Partner with Regulatory Compliance to meet and maintain marketing rules and standards
Required Skills and Experience: · 5 years investment industry experience in a data-driven role · Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Microsoft Suite, Powerpoint · Keen attention to detail · Superior communication skills – verbal and written · Strong analytical skills · Ability to adapt and adjust direction to meet business objectives · Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines · Collaborative mindset and ability to work and communicate effectively within a cross-functional team environment · Experience with online databases and software (eVestment, Morningstar, Bloomberg, investment consultant-specific platforms) preferred but not necessary Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree required Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus
