We are seeking to expand our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) -Technology Industry Group team. The Technology Industry Group is a rapidly growing segment with high growth projections for the next 2-4 years. Our PEPI practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms, helping improve operational results at portfolio companies typically valued between $50 million and over $1 billion. What will you be doing? Our structured approach aims to create and capture value through various services including performance management, mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and alliances. The team is involved throughout the deal lifecycle, from pre-deal operational reviews to post-deal integration and turnaround plans. Responsibilities include: Preparing major client deliverables, including financial models and presentations, with minimal support Leading detailed analyses to support project objectives and client needs Designing and implementing tailored cost optimization initiatives Leading workstreams such as synergy assessment, cost savings, organizational design, and financial baseline analysis Assisting in operational due diligence and performance improvement initiatives Developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client expectations Supporting business development through proposals and presentations How will you be supported? Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance 3-5+ years of consulting experience with software and technology clients, specializing in operational and financial due diligence, synergy assessments, carve-outs, performance improvement, transaction execution, and post-close execution Experience leading work streams in business transformation Functional expertise in Finance, Accounting, HR, Organizational Design, and related areas Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like Salesforce Experience in M&A and performance improvement within the technology sector Ability to travel up to 75% The salary range is $100,000 - $170,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses based on performance and other variables.
