How you will create an impact :
Work in specialized, high-energy teams tackling key questions in commercial strategy, pricing, and sales. Gain deep industry expertise, helping clients optimize revenue, profitability, and growth strategies.
Develop and Implement Commercial Growth Strategies
Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales initiatives.
Use data-driven insights
Help clients identify new revenue opportunities and competitive advantages.
Assist in designing and implementing commercial models
Align models with business objectives.
Master the Art & Science of Pricing
Analyze data, customer needs, and market trends to develop revenue-driving strategies.
Optimize pricing structures
Maximize profitability through strategic pricing and discounting models.
Turn Analysis into Recommendations
Conduct research, develop models, and provide actionable insights.
Communicate Insights & Drive Change
Create presentations and reports; participate in client workshops and discussions.
Foster a Collaborative and Entrepreneurial Culture
Engage with colleagues, challenge ideas, and support continuous learning.
Your profile :
Sharp, commercially-minded individuals passionate about solving business challenges.
Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, or related fields.
2+ years of relevant experience; consulting, pricing, revenue management, finance, or analytics preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable with pricing models and financial metrics.
Strategic thinker with a passion for growth and revenue strategies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Python, or other tools is a plus.
Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The pay range is $125,000-$155,000/year, depending on experience, skills, location, and needs. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, insurance, and 401(k).
