We’re seeking a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a hybrid opportunity with our client, a leading insurance agency in Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that transform small business owners into enthusiastic new customers and loyal advocates. In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to shape data-driven customer journeys, develop seamless omni-channel experiences, and implement personalized marketing strategies. You'll leverage martech tools to execute targeted communications and continuously refine strategies through a test-and-learn approach. This is a hybrid position based in Boston, MA. Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager Responsibilities : Collaborate with marketing, customer, and operations teams to define a strategic roadmap for audience targeting and messaging across the customer lifecycle. Design data-driven customer journey maps and nurture strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Develop a seamless omni-channel experience throughout the customer journey, enhancing engagement and revenue. Lead efforts to deliver personalized, dynamic content that resonates with small business owners and highlights the importance of business insurance. Oversee the technical implementation of lifecycle programs, leveraging martech capabilities to launch targeted automated communications via email and SMS. Implement a test-and-learn methodology to refine lifecycle marketing strategies and optimize performance. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including deliverability, click-through, and opt-out rates. Stay abreast of CRM best practices and industry trends, recommending new technologies to enhance marketing efforts. Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager Qualifications : Over 7 years of experience in multi-channel Customer Relationship Management and marketing. A strong leader with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive objectives. Deep understanding of customer behavior and a passion for enhancing customer experiences. Proficient in email marketing, CRM best practices, and technical aspects of email deliverability and personalization. Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience with marketing automation platforms; familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or Kaviyo is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence.
