Overview Senior Director of Human Resources for a global Fortune 500 life sciences leader. Location: San Jose or Sunnyvale, CA (4 days onsite / 1 remote). Compensation: Up to $250K base + 30% bonus + relocation assistance. Role summary: Partner directly with executive leadership to develop and execute human capital strategies that drive business performance, enable organizational growth, and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration. Lead all aspects of strategic HR planning, including workforce design, talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to support high-performing teams in a complex, fast-paced global environment.
