Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Sr. Director of Treasury to lead our global treasury function and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. Based in either Dallas or Boston, this hybrid role (2–3 days in office) reports to the CFO and offers exposure to the Leadership team. This is a high-impact position with strong potential for career growth, overseeing global liquidity, capital structure, risk management, and banking strategy—while leading a treasury, credit, and shared services team to ensure financial resilience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of the company’s global treasury strategy, including liquidity planning, capital allocation, and financial risk management.
  • Oversee global cash positioning, multi-currency liquidity management, investment portfolios, and debt structures to ensure financial stability and compliance.
  • Manage high-level banking and capital market relationships, including credit agencies, lenders, and external financial advisors.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support M&A, working capital optimization, and financing initiatives.
  • Direct the implementation and optimization of treasury technologies, systems, and analytics to enhance financial visibility and decision‑making.
  • Serve as the executive representative for treasury, shared services and credit in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and risk management discussions.
  • Champion internal governance and lead internal/external communications on treasury matters, financial updates, and strategy.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing, diverse treasury, credit and shared service team through mentorship, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Ensure treasury operations adhere to regulatory requirements, enterprise risk controls, and strategic business objectives.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a multi-national corporate treasury environment
  • 5+ years in a management role
  • Sophisticated knowledge of global treasury operations, risk mitigation, and capital markets
  • Extensive expertise in capital structure strategy, financial markets, risk management, and global liquidity
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate financial complexity into actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills across functional and executive teams
  • High-level communication skills for engaging with external financial institutions and internal leadership
  • Advanced understanding of treasury systems and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to manage change, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior decision-making
