We don’t just check boxes — we transform buildings. As an Energy Engineer, you’ll work on long-term engagements, from identification and development through implementation. You'll build real trust with clients and operators — becoming part of their team, not just a vendor. What You’ll Do Work with building owners and operators to understand operational and energy challenges Lead ECM identification and energy modeling Perform ASHRAE Level 2 audits and develop energy master plans Tap into the collaborative, experienced New York team Typical Schedule 1–2 days on-site / 3–4 days in-office at Boston Office with flexible remote work permitted Expect to be in the field learning from real buildings, not just behind a desk What You Bring 5+ years of experience in energy services or engineering Solid understanding of commercial building systems and automation Experience with local incentive programs BS or MS in Engineering required PE and or CEM a plus Perks Work that actually matters Competitive pay ($100-130K) + year-end bonus Health insurance, 401K & commuter benefits Ready to roll up your sleeves and engineer real change?
