Role Overview:
You will drive people strategies, talent development, change management, and organizational efficiency. Your role is key in shaping an exceptional employee experience and ensuring operational excellence within HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Guide management on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues confidentially and impartially.
Budget Management: Manage team budget, optimize costs, and lead organizational redesign decisions.
Performance Management: Drive performance review processes, including quarterly development discussions and training managers in goal setting and feedback.
Drive Culture: Promote Kraft Heinz Culture and Values through initiatives like MBOs, Continuous Improvement, and ensuring meritocracy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years HR experience in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Change Management, and Performance Management.
Strong business acumen, leadership, and ability to influence strategic priorities.
Broad HR skills across diverse populations with experience in organizational change and simplification.
Future-oriented thinking, market trend awareness, and outside-in perspective.

Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $118,400 - $148,000
Performance-based bonus eligibility as per plan terms.
