Overview Senior Manager – Commercial & Industrial Portfolio at ICF. Location: Remote (Candidates in Northern IN Region are strongly preferred). What You Will Be Doing Lead the development and management of ICF’s standard prescriptive, custom, small business, and strategic energy management programs. Build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design/implement program strategies and plans, and develop and execute marketing and recruiting strategies. Program design leadership to identify, analyze, and select appropriate product offerings for effective program delivery. Program implementation including developing program theory, design, delivery, and successful execution of utility-based programs. Develop comprehensive plans covering resource/labor, communication, implementation, project, and QA/QC. Maintain project tracking and provide leadership with status updates and trending information. Manage program teams and subcontractors responsible for forecasts, budgets, and KPIs while providing regulatory support. Mentor and collaborate with portfolio/program team members. Travel up to 25% within the Northern Indiana Region for site visits, conferences, events, and client meetings (mileage reimbursement provided). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Energy Resources, Policy, Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or related discipline (or substitute one year of related experience for one year of education). 8+ years of experience developing, designing, and managing successful energy efficiency and/or demand reduction programs for residential and/or business market segments and/or related experience. 3+ years of experience leading a team (in-house and virtual). Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Energy Resources, Policy, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management. Experience leading consulting projects. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities. Experience in business development, subcontractor management, and client development. Experience in continuous improvement and QA/QC theories and application. Industry certifications, professional affiliations, and publications. Understanding of procurement best practices and contract administration. Professional Skills Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong business ethics and protection of proprietary information. Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, clients, and partners. Superior interpersonal skills, courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Flexibility to handle multiple priorities. The final pay is determined by factors including experience, skills, location, and contract provisions. Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
