Elicit relevant information through formal and informal interviews, surveys, and system data analysis
Ideate and socialize solutions collaboratively through different workshops
Tailor and design crisp and clear message for executive how to execute change
Do service design and continuously improve our methodology and consulting offering
Conduct research in your domain expertise such as engineering, operations, organization, architecture, data, and product management
Do publications and presentations within and beyond the organization
Participate in pre-sale and sales activities: RFP responses, meeting with executives, proposals preparation, SOW development
Requirements Has 7+ years of technology consulting industry experience in one of the following functions: Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Architecture, Data Science
Possesses a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience with Agentic SDLC, value stream mapping/value stream management
Is experienced with various software development methodologies such as SCRUM, XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc
Is fluent in technical engineering best practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, code review, continuous integration, trunk-based development, feature toggling, test automation, infrastructure as a code, etc
Has practical experience of workshop execution
Is a researcher by nature fluently working with data, statistics and machine learning methods (hands-on with Python or R)
Possesses advanced graduate degree: master's degree, MBA, PhD, etc
