Robin is hiring a product marketer who turns workplace innovation into obvious business decisions. The office is broken; companies are flying blind, making million-dollar decisions without basic data on how their spaces actually work. You’ll craft the narrative that makes Robin the only logical fix and arm our sales team with language that turns interest into action. We are a hybrid team based in Boston, working in-office several days a week to solve problems in real time. You’ll join a small, high-trust team where great ideas become customer wins quickly. What you’ll do Develop clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with mid-enterprise workplace teams. Drive launches by collaborating with product, sales, and customer success to ensure readiness across the funnel. Equip sales with personas, objection handling, and competitive battlecards to help close deals faster. Partner with the product team to communicate value across the customer journey through newsletters, product updates, webinars, and other content. Obtain insights into customers’ usage of Robin, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, and data from sales and product teams. Translate product innovation into content that drives demand and accelerates adoption, such as case studies, videos, marketing collateral, website copy, and blog posts. Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and marketing to bring clarity, feedback, and alignment to discussions. You’ll thrive here if you have 5-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at a high-growth company or startup targeting mid-enterprise buyers. A knack for simplifying complex ideas into compelling narratives. High bias for action. You’re energized by ambiguity and fast-moving cross-functional work. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and add value quickly. Passion for great, easy-to-use products and deep empathy for both buyers and sales teams; you should navigate both technical and business conversations with ease.
