We are looking for a Senior 2 Mobile Engineer to join our team to push forward mobile engineering initiatives and growth opportunities. You will work as part of a cross-functional pod to find elegant solutions to mental healthcare’s many problems and help guide the growth of other engineers as a senior member. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining Flutter-based features across iOS and Android, contributing to architecture, code quality, and design standards, collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams, evolving our mobile design system in Flutter, identifying improvements in app performance, mentoring engineers, and maintaining operational excellence. Candidates must be based in the Seattle metro area and willing to commute 2-3 days a week when the role transitions to hybrid in 2026. Requirements include 8+ years of professional development experience, strong hands-on experience with Flutter and other mobile languages, understanding of mobile vs web concepts, strong API and GraphQL design knowledge, experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD, leadership and mentorship skills, and comfort working on an agile team. The role includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and maintaining high system reliability. The target base salary range is $179,100 - $218,550, with a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
