Duties : Responsible for supporting various stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and user acceptance. Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts for designing and developing new applications. Assist in developing APIs and features using Java, Spring, GraphQL, and Splunk Technologies. Support the implementation and delivery of new business requirements as outlined in Sprint user stories. Work in project squads to ensure 100% code coverage and zero critical defects. Utilize knowledge of Java/J2EE, C/C++, Python, SQL Server, Spring framework, AngularJS, REST API, XML, Oracle, Bash, JSON, JIRA, SOUP UI, Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, GIT, SVN, Hibernate, Struts, and WebSphere Server to perform responsibilities. Support API deployments, coordinate with platform teams to set up API builds, and support API modernization tasks. Participate in Sprint ceremonies, defect triage meetings, and demos for stakeholders. Assist in integration testing of APIs with downstream microservice teams and SDK teams. Identify risks during grooming, design, and sprint phases, logging them in JIRA. Location: Providence, Rhode Island, and various other worksites throughout the U.S. Salary: $151,195 per year. Minimum Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent foreign degrees accepted). Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in roles such as Senior Consultant, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Senior Associate Technology, or related occupations. Must include at least two (2) years of experience with Java/J2EE, C/C++, Python, SQL Server, Spring framework, AngularJS, REST API, XML, Oracle, Bash, and JSON.
