Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to enhance product delivery and engineering capabilities
Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to address complex technical challenges
Develop and implement software development strategies across various domains
Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of technical solutions
Mentor and coach team members to strengthen technical expertise within the organization
Requirements
10+ years of professional DevOps experience
5+ years of leading CICDCT and IaC initiatives
8+ years of experience in architecture and design
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
Proficiency in Python and at least one other modern programming language such as Go, Java, C++, or C#
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automated testing including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End functional testing
Significant experience in open-source frameworks
Track record of publications in credible conferences and journals
Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle
Experience in building and maintaining microservices-oriented architecture
