Job Description: Crowe has expanded its service offerings and we are hiring for our Financial Institutions Tax Services team. Our Financial Institutions practice delivers tax solutions to clients in banking, fintech, and digital currency space. We are adding talented team members to our 70+ department, with experience in corporate tax and ASC 740 (income tax provision), as we continue to expand our services and deliver high-quality solutions. As a Senior Manager in our Financial Institutions Tax practice, you will: Prepare and review corporate income tax provisions under ASC 740 Conduct tax research and provide guidance and consultation to clients Identify and implement tax planning and tax savings strategies Collaborate and engage in large projects Manage and foster client relationships through deliverables and a hands-on approach Mentor and develop interns, staff, and senior staff while promoting a team environment Manage multiple engagements simultaneously Required Qualifications: Experience with operational partnerships Banking experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting Active CPA license or EA + Masters in Taxation or JD/LLM At least 7 years' experience in public accounting or related field, especially from a large CPA firm Strong client relationship skills Hybrid or remote work flexibility Excellent communication skills Strong project and time management skills Tax research skills About the Team: The Tax team at Crowe develops lasting client relationships through value, knowledge, and strategic focus.
