Responsibilities

• Client Engagement Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of tax clients, focusing on flow-through entities, ensuring seamless and accurate service delivery.
• Flow-Through Entity Taxation: Demonstrate expertise, develop and implement tax planning strategies.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations for flow-through entities, individuals, and businesses; develop tailored planning strategies aligned with our customized-solutions approach.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a collaborative team of tax professionals; conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
• Quality Assurance: Review complex tax returns related to flow-through entities; implement quality control procedures and uphold high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
• 10+ years of public accounting and tax consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
