Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the preparation & review of federal tax returns for complex flowthrough entities and their owners.
• Providing tax compliance, planning and advisory services to clients.
• Developing and managing staff, including providing timely and constructive feedback of assignments.
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Fostering professional relationships with clients and stays current on their business and industry to be able to assist them with accounting and other business issues

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting at the manager level within a Big 4 firm.
• Expertise in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on pass-through entities and their owners.
• Proficiency in tax software such as CCH.
• A thorough understanding of the tax review process.
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Master's degree in Taxation or desire to obtain degree (at the firm's expense) is highly preferred.
