SENIOR TERRITORY SALES DIRECTOR

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior IT Services Territory Sales Director for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA (ideally Austin/Dallas or Seattle). It is a hunting role focused on acquiring new logos. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in IT sales, along with strong relationships within the technology services and outsourcing industry. A deep understanding of information technology sales, technology solutions, and professional services sales is essential. The perfect candidate will also possess specific client knowledge and a strong grasp of the modern complexities of business and technology, enabling them to deliver impactful insights, tailored solutions, and meaningful outcomes. We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud, and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure, and business process services. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT solution sales or professional services sales. 8+ years of experience selling solutions to technology organizations. Expertise in selling digital services (cloud, analytics, automation, apps to the cloud) as well as managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions to include things like regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, managed services, application management/support. Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $10 million TCV. Experience selling to various vertical markets, including Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Energy, Product Development Companies, and Software companies, with a diverse customer base. Understanding of assessing potential sales opportunities and developing value propositions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating boardroom executive presence. Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client and prospect engagement. Responsibilities Generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-level, VP, and director levels is the primary role of this sales position. Apply a deep understanding of industry trends, business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts. Comprehend and involve the long-term vision for business and technology direction at Svitla Systems. Drive services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth. Sell to regional, large national, and global accounts. Focus on selling service solutions within assigned geographies. Anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of Svitla services. Design and implement a sales strategy to achieve the sales quota.
