The Role
RedMane has a full-time opportunity for an experienced ServiceNowTechnical Architect as we build our ServiceNow offerings. As the ServiceNowTechnical Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementationof ServiceNow solutions across our client base. The ideal candidate will havedeep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, a strong understanding ofbuilding software systems, and the ability to translate business requirementsinto scalable and efficient technical solutions.
This role will frequently travel to our office Jefferson City.
Responsibilities include:
Designand implement ServiceNow solutions that align with architecture standardsand business goals.
Defineand maintain the ServiceNow architecture roadmap and ensure platformscalability and performance.
Leadthe technical design of solutions.
Developand maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Establishand enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
Conductcode reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles andsecurity standards.
Workclosely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders togather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers andadministrators.
Overseeplatform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Ensurehigh availability, disaster recovery, and compliance with data governancepolicies.
Staycurrent with ServiceNow releases and new features, and recommendenhancements to improve platform capabilities.
Driveautomation and digital transformation initiatives using ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relatedfield.
7+years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in a ServiceNow Architector Lead Developer role.
ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified ImplementationSpecialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
Deepunderstanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
Experiencewith Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strongproblem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellentcommunication skills with all levels of internal and client staff andmanagement.
Ability toeffectively communicate and articulate with technical and non-technicalaudiences.
