As a Software Architect, these skills are essential for success:**Abilities:** Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies. Ability to keep an end-to-end view when designing complex distributed solutions with a “big picture” approach. Ability to provide services to a variety of internal and external clients. **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of experience in hands-on development and application design in the delivery of software products. Minimum 5 years of experience in an architect role in previous large-scale software development projects, preferably SaaS delivery model. Strong experience designing for container-based deployment; working knowledge of Azure or AWS. **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Location**: Hybrid (Boston, MA; Orlando, FL; Milwaukee, WI) with a 25% requirement to be in the office.*We are taking an “inside-out” approach to pay transparency by first educating our valued managers and internal workforce and then moving to publishing compensation ranges externally.
