Trinity Health Workforce Management Role

This role promotes healthcare operational best practices and optimizes healthcare workforce management systems. Provide advanced technical and analytical coaching and assistance to Trinity Health Ministry colleagues and leadership on staffing and scheduling best practices. Additional responsibilities include: maintenance, optimization, and training on workforce systems including UKG Dimensions (formerly known as Kronos); building advanced analytical tools and variance analyses to help Ministry leaders achieve performance objectives; and utilizing benchmarking tools to support continuous performance improvement across the organization. Essential functions include demonstrating Trinity Health mission, vision, and core values; serving as a reliable team member; demonstrating an understanding of continuous improvement; demonstrating an action-oriented, self-motivated attitude; demonstrating ability to be a positive, motivational change agent; serving as a subject matter expert on workforce management standards; educating, training, and consulting with front-line managers; leading training sessions; managing operations of UKG Dimensions suite of products; ensuring integrity and timeliness of reporting; supporting and optimizing performance of contract labor management systems; delivering high quality customer service; building and implementing labor expense budgets; preparing operational and financial analyses; developing, documenting, and training colleagues to comply with workforce management standards; participating in and leading projects; and researching and compiling detailed information.

Minimum qualifications include proficiency with Tableau Business Intelligence Visualization Software or RN with UKG Pro Workforce Management experience; a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field; healthcare experience preferred; minimum of three years of work experience in related field or role; lean, six sigma or related experience or certification preferred; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; ability to develop/maintain effective collaborative relationships; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to support multiple projects; ability to respect confidential and sensitive information; ability to operate in an ambiguous and matrix organizational structure; strong organizational and customer services skills; ability to lead meetings, events and orientations; and ability to possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring.
