About The Opportunity Netrix Global is seeking to add a Senior Network Architect to our Cloud team. The role offers daily challenges, with both operational and strategic responsibilities, and involves direct interaction with customers. The Senior Network Architect will serve as a technical lead in designing, implementing, and supporting network and security solutions for medium and enterprise clients across various sectors, including business, education, and government. The role requires working directly with clients to identify needs that can be addressed through networking security technology and Netrix consulting services. How You Will Make An Impact The Senior Network Architect will deliver and lead professional services involving hardware and software across multiple platforms and vendors such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Forescout, and Fortinet. The primary goal is to provide high-quality services with reliable delivery timelines. Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing Next Generation Network and Security Solutions, including Next Generation Firewalls, SASE, SDWAN, Switching, Routing, Data Center, and Firewall solutions. Creating and deploying datacenter and enterprise network and security architectures. Managing enterprise and datacenter network migrations and cutovers. Designing and implementing hybrid cloud networking and security architectures on platforms like Azure and AWS. Developing indoor and outdoor wireless solutions, including RF surveys. Implementing Network Access Controls with tools like Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, and Forescout. Providing technical leadership within the team. What You Will Bring To The Table 7 to 10+ years of network consulting experience. Expertise with Cisco and Palo Alto solutions, including Next Generation Firewalls, Prisma Access, SDWAN, and related technologies. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network and security solutions. Deep knowledge of Cisco Palo Alto hardware, licensing, and support options. Active CCNP, PCNSC certifications required; PNCSE and CCIE preferred. Extensive knowledge of Cisco Routing/Switching, Firewall solutions, and protocols like OSPF, BGP. Experience with network design documentation and diagramming. Experience with greenfield and brownfield deployments. Ability to create solution proposals aligned with customer expectations. Customer-facing skills including whiteboarding, design discussions, and reporting. Experience in network assessments and discovery. Knowledge of Juniper, Meraki, Fortinet Firewalls, and Cisco ISE is a plus. Experience with Next Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, FirePOWER). Understanding of IPSec/SSL.
