Overview Strategic Grants Advisor – Building Our Funding Pipeline (Volunteer). Pathways to Services Development is a faith-rooted 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building transformational programs for individuals and families impacted by addiction, incarceration, homelessness, and trauma. We’re not just creating services — we’re building pathways of transformation that restore dignity, strengthen families, and empower people to rise beyond their past. This unpaid, mission-driven role is ideal for a professional who wants to shape a new organization’s financial foundation and be part of something transformative from the ground up.

The Role We’re seeking a Grants & Funding Strategy Partner to join our advisory team and help design and implement a roadmap for sustainable funding. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and advisors to:

Identify and align grant opportunities with our mission and program goals

Support in developing a funding pipeline (federal, state, foundation, and corporate sources)

Contribute to strategic planning for sustainability and long-term growth

Offer insights on donor cultivation, philanthropic partnerships, and emerging funding models

Help design systems and processes for grants management and reporting

Who You Are Experienced in grant writing, resource development, or nonprofit fundraising

Strategic thinker who understands how funding drives mission impact

Passionate about faith-inspired transformation and social change

Excited to be part of a founding advisory team shaping the blueprint for growth

Comfortable collaborating remotely and offering high-level guidance in a flexible schedule
