Ensures communication flow between cross functions

Acts as central interface to cross functions on all NPI projects

Reflects local timings and occurrences to evaluate impact on international timings and escalation

Supervises process adherence in countries to Henkel launch standards

Conducts consistent supply risk assessment

Is responsible for controlling project KPIs

Provides guidance and acts as gatekeeper of projects

Conducts benchmarking and identifies best practices

Aligns on capacity and demand analysis for critical production start-ups (Inhouse and CMTG)

Steers capacity allocation in bottleneck situations based on quotation process; collaborates with production in capacity planning steering

What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree required 5-7 year of experience - industry knowledge and supply chain experience a plus Strategic thinking Team building and motivation Influencing without authority and strong negotiation skills Risk, financial, stakeholder management Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

The salary for this role is $150,000.00 - $170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
