Job Description Role Summary/Purpose: The Consumer Banking CMO directs marketing and advertising strategies for all of the Bank’s deposit products. This role is responsible for acquisition, balance growth, retention, customer experience, new product development, branding, platform enhancements, and regulatory compliance across the consumer banking landscape.

Essential Responsibilities: Drive marketing strategy and collaborate with internal teams and agencies
Measure, evaluate, and communicate results, adjusting strategies as needed
Build alignment for new initiatives like loyalty programs, product expansion, and acquisition channels
Partner with the CEO on customer acquisition, segmentation, and retention strategies
Lead digital enhancements including website, platform, and mobile app improvements
Oversee content strategy across channels
Collaborate on cross-sell and marketplace strategies
Work with Finance and Treasury to update pricing strategies
Enhance social media presence and content strategies
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree or 15 years of marketing experience in consumer financial services
10+ years of experience in marketing consumer finance products across multiple channels
Experience leading diverse, dispersed teams and managing budgets, P&L, and forecasting
Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners and leadership
Desired Characteristics: Excellent communication, presentation, and innovation skills
Experience with deposit products and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Proven leadership and management skills, ability to influence and drive change
Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
MBA preferred
Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is $235,000 - $390,000 USD annually, plus potential incentives and equity. Actual compensation depends on experience and market adjustments.
Additional Requirements: Must be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Willing to undergo background checks, drug testing, and fingerprinting
